Treat yourself and your kids to a fun themed event while you enjoy some time off! Perfect for memorable playdate, sports team celebration or to keep your child learning for fun during the summer!
What: 3-hour indoor and outdoor Adventure Party Experience with Adventure Guide.

Who: Children ages 5-11.
4-18 participants per event
How much: $899 for up to 10 participants
(Add-on up to 8 additional participants, $100 per child )
*Event package payment of $899 is due at the time of booking to secure date, venue and staff. Please note, bookings are non-refundable; however, payments are transferable for rescheduling requests made 72 hours or more prior to the event. Rescheduling dates are subject to the availability of the event staff and venue. Please review the Terms and Conditions posted on your Adventure Account prior to booking.

Adventure Experience includes:
Creating costume props
Customized mystery plot that includes Escape Room activities (no confinement involved), Scavenger/Treasure hunt- finding clues, cracking codes, solving puzzles and riddles, discovering hidden treasure, solving the big mystery!

Adventure Social- Free choice of indoor and outdoor activities.
Treats Included:

Food/snacks are nut-free and store-bought. Please be sure to include any allergies (including latex) in your booking information.

Birthday Mystery Event Information
Celebrate your child's special day with a birthday mystery mission! We do the work, you enjoy the fun!
What: 2.5 hour event
2 hour Adventure Experience
1/2 hour Celebration Social- Free use of cafeteria for birthday celebration (led by hosting family, assisted by Adventure Guide). Free play in gym and/or on playground

Event Information

The Event package price of $899, for up to 10 participants, is due at the time of booking, to secure the date, venue and staff.
This payment is non-refundable but is transferable in accordance with the qualifying events outlined in the Cancellation/Rescheduling policy. Please see Terms and Conditions.
You may add on additional guest participants for $100 per person.
After booking you will receive a booking confirmation and receipt of payment.
Once your booking has been processed (within 48 hours) you will receive an event registration email and information on your pre-party next steps!

Pre-party next steps include:
Signing and submitting your Event Agreement Contract.
Filling out your Guest list information.
Selecting a 15-30 minute time slot for a phone call with your Adventure Coordinator to discuss top-secret party details and special requests.

Invoice payment is due 5 days prior to your event.
Terms and Conditions

Event participants are expected to adhere to the Once Upon Adventures (OUA) health and safety policies, site-specific licensing rules, and the Code of Conduct stated below.
1: Demonstrate a respect for Adventure Guides and staff by listening and following directions.
2: Demonstrate a respect for property by treating equipment, supplies and materials with care and caution.
3: Demonstrate a respect for the personal space, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs of other participants.

Event bookings are non-refundable; however, payments are transferable for rescheduling requests made 72 hours or more prior to the event. Rescheduling dates are subject to the availability of the event staff and venue.
16+ days prior to event. Events may be rescheduled any time prior to 16 days preceding the event. The full payment of $899, including any add-on option payments, will be applied towards the rescheduled Event at no cost.
Less than 16 days prior to the event (up to 72 hours). Rescheduling requests made within 16 days of the event (including up to 72 hours prior to the Event), will incur a $200 late fee. The remaining balance of $699 and any add-on option payments will be applied towards the next scheduled event.
72 hours or less to the event. Scheduling changes made to your booking less than 72 hours prior to the date of Event are non- transferable and non-refundable. However, any add-on option payments will be applied towards the next scheduled Event.
All rescheduling requests must be emailed to info@onceuponadventures.com. It may take up to two business days to process rescheduling requests.

Acceptance of this Agreement for an Adventure Experience Event is without assumption of responsibility of any kind by Once Upon Adventures for injuries or losses which may be suffered or sustained in connection with activities during the period of the event.
Event participants are expected to carry their own accident and/or medical insurance. Adventure Guides and Instructors of the program are safety conscious and follow appropriate safety procedures.

Event participants are expected to adhere to the Once Upon Adventures health and safety policies. COVID safety guidelines may be adjusted during the year in accordance with State, OSPI and CDC recommendations.
Face masks- At this time wearing face masks is optional.
Prior to your child attending the event, one parent/guardian of each participant must complete the Registration Form (which includes allergy/Emergency Contact information) and sign the Code of Conduct and Liability Agreement.
